Shipping costs
Once you have registered or logged in, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in your cart. These costs depend on the order value, volume, weight and number of products purchased.
- Standard shipping: Mainland Spain €4.99, Balearic Islands €7.99.
- Express shipping: Mainland Spain from €6.99, Balearic Islands from €10.99.
Free shipping to Mainland Spain on orders over €69.
Free shipping to the Balearic Islands on orders over €89.
- Standard shipping to Portugal and Andorra: €6.99. Express shipping from €8.99.
Free shipping to Portugal and Andorra on orders over €89.
You can also collect your order free of charge from our showroom in Alcobendas.
Delivery times
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after the order has been confirmed and the payment method validated. No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If a product is out of stock, the customer will be informed of the estimated delivery time by email or telephone.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order will be processed. Delivery will be made to the address you have provided within the following estimated timeframes:
- Mainland Spain: Express 24–48 hours, Standard 5–8 days from the date the order leaves our premises.
- Balearic Islands: Express 3–5 business days, Standard 7–10 days from the date the order leaves our premises.
- Portugal: Express 3–5 business days, Standard 7–10 days from the date the order leaves our premises.
Delivery will be deemed completed at the time indicated on the delivery receipt. The order will be delivered to the shipping address provided. Once the goods have been delivered, they become the responsibility of the BUYER.
During special periods such as Black Friday, sales, summer campaigns or Christmas, delivery times provided by transport companies may be extended. Therefore, the usual delivery times cannot be guaranteed during these periods.
